I’m Lauren Gibson, a Certified Christian Life Coach and the founder of Pursuing Peace Coaching. I help women move from overwhelm and mental exhaustion to clarity and Christ-centered peace by focusing on the thought life. My approach integrates the truth of the Gospel with practical tools grounded in neuroscience, equipping you to identify unhelpful thought patterns, renew your mind, and build habits that align with who God is calling you to be. I create a safe, supportive space for honest conversation, meaningful growth, and lasting transformation for women who are ready to move forward with calm, confidence, and purpose. After a 19-year career as a chemical engineer and people leader—where I coached teams through growth, change, and high-pressure decisions—I began to sense God calling me into a new season. What looked like a dream on paper was quietly pulling me away from what mattered most, and through that tension, God reshaped my understanding of identity, purpose, and success. I am honored to follow this calling of God and work with ladies of all stages of life as they seek peace and contentment in their everyday lives.
